Karen has over 20 years of experience in the nursing industry. She has worked in hospitals as an RN since 2003, including Mercy and Citizens Memorial in Missouri. Her leadership role in partnership with hospitals across the U.S. focuses on improving their quality of care. Karen now brings her passion for helping patients navigate the healthcare system to Reclaim, providing practical health education. In her spare time, she’s active in her children’s school system and community, and loves to read mystery novels and garden.
